Stainless steel, the range for rigging and industry
Stainless parts cannot be denied in modern rigging and industry. Riggers, rigging shops as well as shipyards can easily be supplied with our products. In industry there are a lot of possibilities such as the fall arrest systems, wire rope or chain slings and many more. Our STAINLESS range contents following parts;
- Stainless Steel wire ropes in several constructions, each with their own purpose. Many of the constructions we have from 1 up to 32 mm.
- Wire rope clips and thimbles. Loops are often made by Talurit clamps which are pressed on by a hydraulic press or with Nicopress and Savapress which can be done by a crimping tool. Thimbles we have in all kind of types.
- Inox Line, the basic hardware such as wire rope clips, shackles, turnbuckles and much more.
- Blue Wave, as official Blue Wave dealer we sell the complete Blue Wave program. Within this program you can find all types of end fittings such as thread terminals, fork terminals, eye terminals and bronze chromed rigging screws.
- Hi-Mod, the Hi-Mod program starts with their shackles. The standard shackles are made of AISI316 material. The high tensile shackles are made of AISI630 / 17/4PH. The end fittings can be compared with Blue Wave.
- Chains and accessories, whether it is anchor chain, lifting chain or pump chain within our STAINLESS program we always find something which fits your needs. Quality can be AISI316, Grade 40 or Grade 50.
- Tie Bars, the state of the art in push-pull systems. Perfect for wind bracing, canopies and many more systems which require a high breaking load with a highly polished design.
- Kevlar, aramid is a good solution when light weight materials are necessary with a high breaking load.
- Gleistein ropes, as the Dutch Gleistein agent for marine and industry applications we offer you the complete Gleistein range. From the “easy” lines such as a polyester 8 strand 3 mm up to a Megatwin Dyneema with a Polyester Kevlar cover, we can supply. For motor yachts, sailing yachts or industrial ropes such as towing Lines.
- HYE blocks, Tufnol and plastic block for rope and wire rope.
